Narda Feliciano

Narda Feliciano was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Journalism, along with a specialization in Corporate Communication and Public Relations. Her adventurous spirit led her to live in several European cities before relocating to New York and later settling in California in 2003. It was in Dana Point that Narda began her real estate career, eventually choosing to specialize in escrow and building over 21 years of industry expertise. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is known for her strong communication skills, confidence, and ability to navigate even the most complex transactions. Narda manages all types of escrows, including sales, refinances, commercial, land, short sales, and REOs, always delivering a smooth and clear process. She is deeply committed to her clients, with her greatest reward being the moment she confirms a successful closing.
